Tax Committee adds three new services to AI Soliq platform

Ekspress audit allows entrepreneurs to view their company's tax situation from the inspector's perspective, identify potential violations, and receive advice on how to correct them. AI Muloqot enables users to contact tax authorities and submit electronic requests, while AI Assistent provides consulting services on tax-related issues. In addition to these new services, the platform already features AI Lgota, AI Otchetnost, AI ESF, AI Reyting, AI Avtokameral, and AI Keshbek. The platform is designed for entrepreneurs, accountants, business leaders, and individuals.

According to Elmuradov, AI Soliq currently serves as an information and reference system and assistant, but does not make decisions independently without the involvement of a taxpayer or inspector. The platform is based on a large language model trained on the specifics of the Uzbek language and tax administration. A team of four specialists monitors the accuracy of the responses. "We always say that this is artificial intelligence, it can make mistakes, so it's necessary to verify its responses whenever possible," the advisor said.

The final decision, Elmuradov explained, is made by a human, who is also responsible for their actions. As noted by Anhor.uz correspondent, when asked about compensation in case an erroneous advice from the system results in a fine or losses, no clear answer was provided.

In 2026, the committee supplemented its security policy with a separate section on AI. The system operates in a closed infrastructure, and data is processed on internal servers and not transferred beyond Uzbekistan, the representative of the agency assured.
