The complex is located on Xalqobod Street in the Buyuk Turon mahalla, near the Minor metro station. It consists of three- and four-storey blocks connected by a covered walkway, as well as auxiliary annexes. The premises have a floor area of 9,975 square meters. The shared land plot covers 1.33 hectares, with 1.1 hectares allocated to the property being sold. The building is connected to water, gas, sewerage, and electricity.
