In total, during the specified period, the agency recorded 6414 appeals in retail trade and public catering, of which 19.2% were related to the online segment. More than half of the statements in e-commerce concerned the Uzum ecosystem: 446 complaints (36.2%) were received about Uzum Market and 184 (14.9%) about the Uzum Nasiya installment service. There were also appeals regarding Alif Shop (92, or 7.5%), the Ishonch network (69, or 5.6%), and Yandex services (63, or 5.1%).

According to the committee, in 57.2% of cases (704 appeals), decisions were made in favor of citizens with full restoration of their rights. For 453 statements (36.8%), consumers received legal consultations, and 33 appeals (2.7%) were sent to other relevant agencies.

Based on the appeals, the regulator identified systemic problems in the sector: identification of sellers, transparency of information, procedure for concluding electronic contracts and installment plans, logistics, refund of funds, as well as increasing the responsibility of platforms and introducing digital pre-trial dispute resolution.
