In Ashgabat, the head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, held a trilateral meeting with representatives of charitable foundations of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan, Oguljan Atabaeva and Leyla Aliyeva.

Atabaeva holds the post of Vice-President for Medical Activities of the Charitable Foundation for Assisting Children in Need of Care, and Aliyeva holds the post of Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. According to Mirziyoyeva, such meetings have "already become a good tradition", and each time the parties have more common ideas and opportunities for joint work.

The head of the Administration also stated that the relations between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan in the cultural and humanitarian sphere have reached new frontiers, and linked this to the implementation of agreements reached at the highest level. Atabaeva, in turn, spoke about the importance of humanitarian cooperation between the two countries, both directly and through interregional and international structures. Mirziyoyeva noted that Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan are united by long-standing friendship, trust, and common values, and expressed hope that subsequent meetings will continue with good deeds for the benefit of people.

The day before the meeting, Mirziyoyeva attended the opening ceremony of the international art exhibition "Mother-Nature" at the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan. According to her, the authors of the works showed through art that nature, like mothers, deserves love, care, and respect, and it is essential to instill such an attitude in children. She congratulated the Charitable Foundation named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation on the opening of the exhibition and thanked the organizers.
