Cameras monitoring dedicated lanes for buses, bicycles and electric scooters have been put into operation on a 2.4 km stretch of Lutfi street in Tashkent.

The stretch is located in the Chilanzar district of the capital. A lane "A" for public transport has been arranged on the right side of the road, and separate lanes for cyclists, electric scooter users and other individual mobility vehicles have been set up nearby. The system records cases where outsider vehicles drive, stop or stand on these lanes in violation of the rules. Fines for violations of stopping and parking rules recorded by the cameras will be issued in accordance with the legislation. The Center for Road Traffic Management called on drivers to follow signs and markings and not occupy lanes allocated for buses, cyclists and scooter users. Cameras on dedicated lanes in the capital are being introduced in stages. Prior to Lutfi street, such control was introduced on the Fergana highway (Farg'ona yo'li), where it covers 6 km in both directions.
