Uzbekistan won four victories in the third round of the Chess Olympiad

The main men's team of Uzbekistan defeated Austria with a score of 3:1. Javokhir Sindarov and Mukhiddin Madaminov won their games, while Nodirbek Abdusattorov and Nodirbek Yakubboev drew. This allowed the first team to score the maximum possible six points for three rounds. The second men's team of the country lost to the German team with a score of 1.5:2.5, and the third team defeated Morocco - 3.5:0.5.

In the women's tournament, the first team of Uzbekistan won against Indonesia with a score of 3:1 thanks to the victories of Umida Omonova and Nilufarhon Imomkuzieva, with Afrouza Hamdamova and Gulrukhbegim Tohirjonova drawing. The first women's team also won all three starting matches and has six points.

The second women's team lost to Spain with a score of 1:3, while the third women's team defeated the team of Saudi Arabia with a score of 4:0. In the fourth round, scheduled for September 19, the first men's team of Uzbekistan will play against Turkey, and the women's team will play against Argentina.
