In Uzbekistan, a portal for complaints about violence and harassment at work will be launched. In Uzbekistan, by December 1, 2026, an information portal "Safe and Respectful Work Environment" will be launched to receive messages about pressure and violence in the workplace. This is provided for by the presidential decree of September 21, 2026.

The document "On measures to ensure a safe and respectful work environment in the field of labor" is aimed at preventing harassment, bullying, psychological pressure, and discrimination. The new digital system will allow for remote registration of appeals, collection of evidence, preparation of conclusions, and tracking of inspection results.

The decree guarantees the protection of the applicant's personal data - it is forbidden to disclose them outside of the cases provided for by law. If the appeal is directed against the head, the system will automatically transfer it to a higher authority to prevent a conflict of interest. It is forbidden to worsen working conditions or apply disciplinary measures to an employee for protecting their rights. If necessary, the platform will integrate the possibility of redirecting appeals to authorized bodies through the number "112".

Employees of government agencies and organizations will undergo brief training courses annually. In each government agency, at least one person will be appointed to be responsible for maintaining the portal and conducting preventive training. Non-state structures will be able to connect to these opportunities voluntarily through the dmi.mehnat.uz system.
