Uzbek Delegation Participates in Congress of Forensic Medicine

A delegation of the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan is taking part in the 21st International Congress of Forensic Medicine in Antalya, the ministry’s press service reported.

The delegation includes representatives of the ministry and the Republican Forensic Examination Center named after H. Suleymanova. The event in Turkey is being held from 21 to 27 September.

On the first day, plenary sessions were held, as well as a familiarization meeting between law enforcement agencies and organizations of Turkey, foreign delegations and representatives of other organizations.

Representatives of the Uzbek delegation spoke about the reforms and results in the forensic examination sphere of the country. In addition, they held meetings with the heads of several foreign forensic institutions and discussed cooperation issues.
