In Tashkent, the prystroyka of the Brasserie Park restaurant on the sidewalk near TSUM was dismantled after an inspection by the city administration, which was launched due to a conflict between an employee of the establishment and a minor courier.

The inspection by the Tashkent city administration found violations of the requirements for the use of the territory, including ensuring free passage for pedestrians. The administration stated that the territory was brought into compliance with the law, and published footage of the removal of tables and dismantling of structures.

The reason for the investigation was an incident that occurred on October 17 at around 13:00. On a video recording that spread on social media, a 36-year-old representative of the establishment insulted a minor courier and made threats because of driving through the area with tables. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tashkent reported that the man violated public order. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (petty hooliganism), and the materials were sent to the district criminal court.

Brasserie Park reported that they are clarifying the circumstances of the incident and studying the recordings of the video surveillance cameras, noting the inadmissibility of threats from the staff. The restaurant added that the passage along the terrace is open to pedestrians, but they ask not to move along the sidewalk on mopeds and motorcycles.
