The state share of UzPost in the amount of 92.9% has been transferred to the trust management of WB INT EXPORT, a subsidiary of Wildberries, according to the protocol of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the operator on September 21.

According to the document published on the Unified Portal of Corporate Information, trust management agreement No. 01/3-94 for a period of one year was concluded on December 30, 2025, based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 13, 2025. A month before that, on November 26, 2025, the National Agency for Advanced Projects issued WB INT EXPORT a license for trust management of investment assets.

As a result of the September meeting, representatives of Wildberries & Russ structures received a majority in the supervisory board of UzPost - five seats out of nine for a period of three years. At the same time, shareholders rejected the proposal to attract a loan from Wildberries in the amount of 100 billion soum at 14% per annum due to doubts about the economic feasibility.

Meanwhile, the director of the Agency for State Assets Management, Sokhibjon Murodov, at a press conference on October 8, denied the existence of an effective trust management agreement, stating that there was only a cooperation agreement. Murodov added that preliminary negotiations are currently underway on opening an interest-free credit line of 360 billion soum.
