Tashkent Airport Puts Commercial Areas Up for Auction

Uzbekistan Airports has put four commercial areas in Tashkent International Airport up for online auction. The company's press service reported this.

The largest lot is intended for a 24/7 retail store of everyday goods in the international arrivals terminal. 139 square meters are being offered for rent for two years with an initial annual rate of 433.68 million soum. Participants are required to have at least five years of experience in retail trade in Uzbekistan.

In the Building of Pass Control, two areas are being auctioned off: two square meters for three vending machines with a starting rent price of 36 million soum and one square meter for an ATM with an initial cost of 12 million soum. Structures with a banking license and at least two years of experience can bid for the installation of the ATM. The auctions for these three objects are scheduled for October 2, 2026.

The fourth lot is an office with an area of 25 square meters on the third floor of the departure terminal, intended for an airline representative office. The premises are rented for one year with the possibility of extension, the starting price is 300 million soum. The auction is scheduled for October 9, 2026.
