The company OnePlus held a presentation of the flagship smartphone OnePlus 16, equipped with a 9000 mAh battery and a 200 MP camera.

The device is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip (in the material from the publication Kod.ru - Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6), manufactured using a 2-nanometer process. The device received three additional proprietary chips for processing the network, graphics, and sensor response. The 6.78-inch display from BOE supports a basic refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, and in some gaming scenarios, it accelerates up to 185 Hz. The peak brightness of the panel reaches 2000 nits.

A dual-element battery with a capacity of 9000 mAh is responsible for autonomy. The model supports wired charging at 100 W and wireless charging at 50 W. On the back panel, a 200 MP main camera module is installed with an optical format sensor of 1/1.4 inches, supplemented by a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with three-fold optical zoom. The resolution of the front module is 50 MP.

The body of the novelty is certified to IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K dust and moisture protection standards. The device comes with the ColorOS 17 operating system. Sales of the smartphone in the Chinese market will start on October 13 at a price of 5999 yuan for the basic version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of permanent memory.
