Victims in "Doc-1 Max" case receive 16.7 billion soums in compensation

Victims in the "Doc-1 Max" case have been paid 16.7 billion soums in compensation, according to the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.

The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement has reported that 16.7 billion soums in compensation have been paid to victims in the "Doc-1 Max" case. Enforcement proceedings have been initiated in favor of 85 citizens for a total amount of 78 billion soums. The funds are being recovered from the convicted former head of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry and other individuals based on court decisions.

According to the Bureau, the amount of 16.7 billion soums was formed from the proceeds of auction sales and payments from the debtor's family members. The funds were distributed among the claimants equally in accordance with Article 80 of the Law "On the Execution of Court Decisions and Decisions of Other Bodies".

As part of the enforcement actions, the debtor's property was arrested. One non-residential building on Furkat Street was sold at an auction for 793 million soums. An auction for residential houses in the Chilanzar district, valued at 7.1 billion soums, is ongoing. The compulsory collection of the remaining 61.3 billion soums in compensation is continuing.
