Fergana region khokim meets with investors from Azerbaijan and China

According to UzA, the talks with Mushfig Ibragimzade, founder of the Baku Oltin LLC joint venture, centered on advancing jewelry manufacturing, broadening the product range, and scaling up capacity. It was noted during the meeting that the enterprise produces import-substituting items in high demand on the domestic market. Plans include mastering new types of jewelry, expanding operations, creating additional jobs, and launching exports. Bozorov pledged practical assistance to the investor in carrying out the outlined plans.

As UzDaily reports, the delegation of China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd. (CTC) was led by Tian Zufeng, general director of the company's international division. The sides discussed putting initiatives put forward during past meetings into practice, as well as new projects drawing on CTC's expertise in quality control, conformity assessment, and certification under international standards. Construction materials and industrial goods, the food industry, agriculture, ecology, and energy were cited among potential areas of focus. The training of local specialists and new jobs were discussed separately.
