Cobalt remains the most produced car in Uzbekistan

In January-July 2026, 91,140 Cobalt cars were produced in Uzbekistan. The model has been holding the leadership in production volumes since 2020, according to the National Committee on Statistics.

In total, for the first seven months of 2026, the country's enterprises produced 263,731 passenger cars of various brands. Cobalt accounted for almost 34.6% of the total production. The second place was taken by Damas with 47,521 cars, and the third place was taken by Tracker (25,779 units).

According to statistics over the past 15 years, from 2010 to 2012, the list of the most produced models was headed by Nexia. In 2013 and 2014, the first place was taken by Cobalt, after which in 2015-2016, Nexia again took the lead. From 2017 to 2019, the primacy in production volumes belonged to the Nexia 3 model.

Cobalt has been steadily occupying the top spot since 2020. The highest annual production figure was recorded in 2024, when 164,887 cars of this brand were produced. In 2025, the production of the model was 161,152 units.
